Beginners Class in action-

Her previous coaching experience includes being Head Coach of Loughborough Uni's WL Club during her studies, and competition coaching at BUCS and Welsh Age Group Champs.
She has also coached young gymnasts during her earlier gymnastics career.
Molly has coached children and adults alike, both in group classes at local gyms, and as a PT, offering 1-2-1 in-person and online sessions.

“I would definitely recommend this introduction to Olympic Lifting techniques class!
I have previously done some Oly Lifting which I learnt from Crossfit but wanted to go back to basics and this course was ideal. It stripped back the movements and focused on technique over weight on the bar.
These are not intensive sessions so they slipped into my current training split without impacting what I was already doing. The course managed to have a full range of ages, genders and abilities and this made for an accepting environment to learn without any pressure. 10/10”
